ABOUT US

Kalai Business Solutions’ (KALAI) primary objective is to increase its customers’ productivity through offering specific contract manufacturing solutions and procurement services within the ICT sector.

Leadership

• Kalai Business Solution is 100% Black Owned and a Level 1 BBBEE company and, It is the brainchild of Sipho Mthembu, a seasoned Supply Chain professional who subscribes to the notion that the primary objective of supply chain management is to enable firms to achieve a competitive advantage through an efficient supply chain and manufacturing design.

• Mthembu served as a Financial Manager of Tedaka Business Consulting from 2003 to 2008. In 2009, he was one of the founding executives of Etion Connect where he held several executive roles from Finance and Administration Manager to Chief Procurement Officer. In 2015, he was transferred to join Etion Digitise as the Executive Manager – Supply Chain.

• Mthembu holds a Diploma in Financial Management, a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from the University of Pretoria, and a Masters of Science in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford, UK.
